The job requires high level accounting skills, superior accounting research and problem solving abilities, broad software knowledge, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Employment Opportunities
- Prepare, analyze, and verify clients’ annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting procedures and audit principles
- Inspect clients’ account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions
- Examine and evaluate clients’ financial and information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity
- Prepare detailed audit and asset utilization reports and recommend changes in clients’ operations and financial activities
- Review clients’ business model and financial system and detect potential fraud issues
- Perform completing procedures according to financial statement disclosure checklist and audit completion checklist
- Audit payroll and personnel records
- Prepare income tax returns and quarterly sales tax returns
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year of public accounting work experience
- Current CPA license, or in the process of obtaining CPA
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, ProSeries, and CCH ProSystem Engagement
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
